Through our hard work and dedication towards marketing some of Toronto’s finest lofts, Heikki Walden and I have become authorities on this niche aspect of Toronto’s real estate market.
As a result, we are often looked upon by members of the local media to comment on loft trends or provide sexy loft listings for readers who enjoy the romance and allure of a true loft experience.
It may seem odd to use descriptive words like sexy, romantic and mystic to describe a loft but there’s something in the history of these true conversions that evoke such feelings. There is certainly far more history within the walls of a converted turn-of-the-century factory than you will find in new condos downtown.
We would like to share some recent press we have appeared in with regards to Toronto’s true loft market. Yesterday’s Toronto Life Industrial Loft article featured our gorgeous (and sold) listing at the Brock Lofts. These lofts rarely become available and when they do, the interest is incredible.
We are also called upon to discuss the loft market in general and can be found in a number of articles in Metro News
